For more than 20 years, we have been developing individual, efficient and environmentally friendly coating systems for various industrial requirements: repair of liquefied natural gas tanks, pumps, commercial vehicles or industrial containers. We attach just as much importance to the quality and cost-effectiveness of our products as we do to compliance with international standards. We therefore only work with partners who work as well: our partners belong to the elite of paint manufacturers and their products to the best that can be obtained on the market.

One of these partners is the global group PPG with the high-quality paint system SELEMIX. The flexibility of the binder-mixed lacquer combination enables the production of customer-specific systems for a wide range of applications: glossy, matted, structured and spreadable topcoats and primers – everything is possible in the SELEMIX system.

1C primer

  • 1-component, oxidatively drying alkyd coating
  • Quick-drying, thick-layered product with zinc phosphate pigments
  • Can be used as primer or intermediate coating in overwater environments

  • Heatresistant up to 600°C
  • Can be used as primer, intermediate coat or end coat in overwater environments
  • Suitable for correctly pre-treated steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium bases

Industry: Intended as heatresistant coating, suitable for insulated and non-insulated surfaces, recommended as final coating for insulated surfaces in systems with suitable primers

2C primer

  • 2-component polyaming-hardened phenolic/Novolac epoxy coating
  • Heatresistant up to 205°C, can be applied to hot surfaces up to 150°C
  • Can be used as a primer, intermediate or topcoat, with the exception of the glossy aluminium paint, which can only be used as a topcoat
  • Suitable for correctly pre-treated steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium bases

Typical field of application
Industry: Intended as corrosion protection for surfaces operating at higher temperatures and required for long-term corrosion protection, suitable for insulated and non-insulated surfaces
Colours: aluminium, light grey, red, white, white aluminium (RAL 9006)

  • 2-component, polyamide-hardened, zinc-rich epoxy coating
  • Very high zinc dust content
  • Meets the composition requirements according to SSPC Paint 20, Level 2
  • Provides very good corrosion protection as part of a complete painting system
  • To be used as primer in overwater environments
  • Suitable for steel, repair of inorganic zinc silicate-coatings and damaged galvanized steel substrates
  • Sufficient ASTM D520 Type II Zinc Dust

Industry: Suitable for carbon steel and piping exposed to corrosivity categories up to CX (ISO 12944-2), recommended for offshore-environments as well as refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings, mining facilities and general structural steel, specially designed as primers in coating systems when extended durability is required

  • Surface-tolerant, abrasion-resistant, thick-layered product with high solid content
  • With aluminium pigments for an improved barrier effect
  • Specially designed for surfaces where optimal surface pretreatment is not possible or not required
  • Provides durable corrosion protection in environments with high corrosivity
  • Can be used as primer, intermediate coating, end coat or as a single-layer system in over- and underwater environments
  • Suitable for correctly pre-treated steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminium, concrete and old coated surfaces
  • Can be applied at underground temperatures below 0°C

  • Designed as primer for new constructions
  • Can be used as a primer – as part of a complete system – in over- and underwater environments

  • Specially developed tank coating with excellent chemical resistance
  • Can be used as primer, intermediate coat or end coat in over- and underwater environments

  • Very good resistance to high-temperature products

Industry: Specially designed as tank interior coating for onshore, offshore and earth tanks as well as pipelines for chemicals, waste water, grey water, process water, concrete barrier walls, fire extinguishing pipes and drilling sludge tanks, can be used in pressure vessels

  • Thick-layered 2-component epoxy resin coating material with low VOC content and high solid volume
  • Available with conventional pigments or as an iron glimmer variant with improved revision properties
  • Thick-layered epoxy resin coating material to improve the barrier effect in various corrosion protection systems
  • Can be used in a variety of environments: offshore, petroleum processing plants, pulp & paper mills and bridges
  • In a corrosion protection system suitable for both: new constructions and maintenance
  • When using the iron glimmer variant, the revision properties can be improved over longer periods of time. This variant is also well suited for processing in the production facility before transporting the parts, whereby the coating system is then completed on the construction site

  • Shiny appearance with very good gloss resistance
  • Thick-layered product with high solid content, quick-drying

  • The coating is highly flexible, impact-resistant and has excellent adhesion

  • Good chemical resistance

  • Does not contain any of the solvents listed in the Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP)
